My stay at the Grand Cemara Hotel in Jakarta had its ups and downs. While the location is strategic and easy to access, the room issues were quite disappointing. Overall, I would rate my experience as below average, primarily due to cleanliness concerns and maintenance problems.

Additionally, the toilet was unreliable, constantly flushing and leaking dirty water, forcing me to find alternative options nearby. I was without a room key for my entire stay, which complicated things further. The cleanliness was far from satisfactory, with hairs found everywhere.
